METAL–CARO–PLAST Limited Liability
Company was established in 1997 and
made its aim to continue production and service activity, that was run in
Stamping and Tool–Shop Department of
bankrupt POM (State Centre of Agricultural Machines). We took orders over for
manufactured products, suppliers and customers chain as well as most of employees from
former POM. Our company was at that
time nearly manufacturer of parts and
subasssemblies for automotive industry only, mainly for current production for DAEWOO–FSO and its subsidiaries as
well as for spare parts for chain of automotive wholesale companies
throughout the country. We manufactured also parts and subassemblies for golf
cars. In 2000 we executed the first
orders for parts and welded subassemblies for maize (corn) headers for New Holland
Bizon company from P³ock a world known manufacturer of combine harvesters. |

From 2001 customer chain of
manufactured products was completely reconstructed. On the one hand in the absence of orders for parts for Polonez
the number of parts and subassemblies for DAEWOO–FSO decreased considerably,
radically to parts for Lanos. On the other followed a progressive increase in
number of parts and subassemblies for Case New Holland Polska company (former
New Holland Bizon). At present we manufacture about
750 parts and 120 subassemblies for agricultural machines: combine
harvesters, maize (corn) headers and ram balers. The products are die
sheared, punched, stamped and bent parts made on presses, turned parts and
also welded and spot welded subassemblies. In 2002–2003 we executed also large orders for pipe
flanges. We run as well service activity in
range of turning, milling and grinding works, cutting of sheet metal on
hydraulic shears, bending on folding presses, die shearing and bending on presses, heat and
thermochemical treatment, and also welded constructions (umbrella roofs). Since 2004 we are in possession of TÜV NORD certificate for the Quality Management System
according to ISO 9001 standard. |
